No Quibble Returns & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us, no problem.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to return the goods for a full refund within 7 days beginning the day after you receive the goods.

We request that you return the products you would like to return in their original wrapping / packaging, and in a resaleable condition, within 7 days of the day after you received them. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will happily refund you the cost of the items. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of delivery to you, or the costs involved in returning the items to us unless they've been damaged in transit (see below).

If you don't want to spend your time arranging delivery of the items to us, please feel free to ask us to come and collect. There may be a charge for this, but we'll let you know when you get in touch.

Damaged Goods

Most furniture suppliers ask that you check all goods upon delivery to ensure that none have been damaged in transit, and we ask the same.

However, we do understand that sometimes, you just simply won't have the time to check over everything; and in other situations you may have asked your tenants to receive the delivery; in such situations, we understand that checking the furniture over thoroughly probably won't happen, and it'll only be a few days later that you notice any damage.

Well, rest assured, we've got you covered. When you receive delivery of your order, just write "unchecked" on the delivery receipt and then if you notice any damage within the 7 days following, just give us a call with the details and we'll see what we can do to resolve the situation without putting you out. If that involves delivering a replacement and collecting the damaged items, we'll happily oblige.
